Thursday’s resumption of the 2025 March Madness tournament had it all. The first game shattered a 35-year-old record, while the final one produced a different first.
2-seed Alabama drew plenty of oohs and ahhs in a record-breaking performance in Newark, advancing to the Elite 8 with a 113-88 win over 6-seed BYU with a March Madness record 25 three-point baskets.
